INTERSTATE 365 Return Policy

At INTERSTATE 365, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our high-quality trailers and services. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a return. Below is our return policy, designed to be fair and in compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.

  1. Returns of New, Unused Trailers

  • Eligibility: Customers may return new, unused trailers within 30 days of delivery. The trailer must be in its original condition, free from any signs of use or damage, and include all original documentation and accessories.​
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (832) 384-9596 or [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.​
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the trailer’s safe return.​
  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.​
  1. Returns of Used or Customized Trailers

  • Policy: Due to the specialized nature of used and customized trailers, all sales of these products are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for used or customized trailers.
  1. Damaged or Defective Trailers
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their trailers upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, please document them and contact our customer service team immediately.​
  • Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer repairs, replacements, or other solutions in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and applicable laws.​
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Special order items, electrical parts, and lubricants are non-returnable.​
  1. Refund Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.​
  1. Legal Compliance
  • This return policy is in compliance with U.S. laws and regulations governing the sale and return of goods.​
